Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online
- Process payroll bi-weekly with ADP integration and tax filings
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable with 99.7% accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Assist in month-end closing processes with audit support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
