Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with precision
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks/Xero workflows
- Conduct internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
