- Resolve complex insurance claim denials within SLA timelines
- Conduct monthly revenue cycle audits and variance analysis
- Collaborate with coding teams for accurate CPT/IC-10 assignment
- Develop process improvements using Power BI dashboards
- Train staff on new billing protocols and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years medical billing experience with RCM platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credentials required
- Expertise in NY Medicaid/Medicare billing regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Familiarity with NextGen/Epic EHR systems
- Proven reduction of AR days by 25%+
