Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with collections team on overdue accounts
- Analyze billing data to identify process improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare/finance regulations (HIPAA/GAAP)
- Train junior staff on billing systems and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or SAP billing modules
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with electronic claim submissions (EDI)
