- Reconcile accounts receivable monthly with 99% accuracy
- Implement CPT/ICD-10 coding compliance updates
- Train junior staff on billing software protocols
- Collaborate with providers to optimize documentation
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
- Ensure HIPAA/GRA compliance in all processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in outpatient settings
- Expertise in Epic/NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) designation required
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Proven reduction in days in A/R by 20%+
- Exceptional problem-solving with denials appeals
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
