- Analyze billing data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and audit readiness for all billing documentation
- Collaborate with coding and collections teams to maximize revenue recovery
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and system updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS 1500 forms
- Proficiency in Epic Resolute and Denial Management tools
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage high-volume billing cycles with 99% accuracy
