Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for enterprise clients
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment disputes
- Analyze revenue trends to optimize billing workflows
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams on contract terms
- Implement compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
- Lead monthly billing audits and reconciliation activities
- Train junior staff on billing system operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing/collections experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, or similar billing platforms
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and Pivot Table expertise
- Proven ability to resolve multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606)
