- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and disputes with precision and diplomacy
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Develop and optimize billing workflows to reduce DSO by 15% annually
- Generate monthly revenue reports with actionable insights for leadership
- Train junior staff on billing compliance procedures and best practices
- Implement process improvements using automation tools like UiPath
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing or revenue cycle management experience in SaaS/tech
- Expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606) and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, and Excel
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or Revenue Cycle Manager preferred
- Proven track record of reducing billing errors below 0.5%
- Experience scaling billing operations for high-growth companies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial processes
