- Analyze insurance claims denials and implement corrective actions
- Reconcile accounts receivable monthly with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve complex billing disputes
- Train junior staff on billing software and compliance protocols
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports
- Ensure HIPAA and CMS compliance in all billing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Expertise in Epic and NextGen billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent communication for stakeholder collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
