Responsibilities
- Execute complex transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and merchant services
- Lead branch operations during peak hours with zero cash variance tolerance
- Mentor junior tellers on service excellence and compliance protocols
- Drive cross-sell initiatives for premium products (wealth management, business loans)
- Conduct comprehensive client financial wellness assessments
- Implement advanced fraud detection protocols using AI-powered monitoring
- Represent the branch at community events and business partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume bank teller experience with zero compliance incidents
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets (avg. 15+ referrals/month)
- Advanced certification in cash handling and anti-money laundering protocols
- Expertise in core banking systems (Fiserv, Jack Henry) and digital platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills for high-net-worth client interactions
- BS/BA in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Banking Certification (CPB or AIB) required
