Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining premium service standards
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for wealth management and credit products
- Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and financial expertise
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations and security protocols
- Train junior staff on advanced transaction processing procedures
- Contribute to branch performance goals through client retention and acquisition
- Operate multi-currency systems and handle international wire transfers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial banking with proven sales track record
- FINRA Series 6/63 or state equivalent securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of AML regulations and BSA compliance requirements
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional cash handling experience with reconciliation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- Spanish fluency highly valued for diverse client base
