Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build lasting relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding account discrepancies and fraud prevention
- Maintain strict adherence to BSA/AML compliance protocols and security procedures
- Train junior tellers on new banking technologies and operational best practices
- Conduct proactive outreach to high-net-worth clients for wealth management solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience with proven cash handling expertise
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Fiserv and Jack Henry banking software systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Strong knowledge of California financial regulations and compliance standards
- BA in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
