Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and disputes
- Cross-sell premium banking products and services
- Train and mentor junior tellers on compliance procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to anti-fraud protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bank teller experience
- Proven cash handling expertise ($50k+ daily)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E)
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
