Responsibilities
- Process complex customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and transaction records
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance procedures (BSA, AML)
- Train junior tellers on branch protocols and customer service standards
- Assist with branch audits and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of banking or cash handling experience
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Familiarity with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
