Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and merchant services
- Build and maintain high-net-worth client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Lead branch operations during peak hours and mentor junior tellers
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with diplomacy and problem-solving expertise
- Conduct thorough account reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of banking experience with cash handling expertise
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations (Regulation CC, EFTA, BSA)
- Proficiency in core banking systems and digital platforms
- Strong analytical skills for transaction reconciliation and fraud detection
- Exceptional communication abilities in high-pressure scenarios
- Associate's degree in Finance or related field preferred
