Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding accounts, loans, and digital banking
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Maintain $250K+ cash drawer compliance with strict audit protocols
- Train new tellers on operational procedures and compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch managers to improve customer service metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years cash handling experience in financial services
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Proficiency in Fiserv core banking systems
- Proven ability to balance high-volume transactions
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Spanish bilingual certification highly valued
- Previous sales achievement targets exceeding $50K annually
