Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Build deep client relationships through personalized financial advice and cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve complex account discrepancies using investigative reconciliation techniques
- Maintain $500K+ cash drawer accountability with daily audits and compliance protocols
- Train new tellers on banking systems, security procedures, and customer service standards
- Drive digital adoption by guiding clients through mobile banking and online tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail banking or cash handling experience with proven sales metrics
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Advanced knowledge of Reg CC, EFTA, and BSA/AML compliance requirements
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills demonstrated through 95% positive customer feedback
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Associate's degree in Finance or Business (required) or Bachelor's (preferred)
