Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including Transformers and Generative AI architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory usage for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, and Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and MLflow.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, performance testing, and model validation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to innovate and improve existing systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Experience with distributed training and high-performance computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
