Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI infrastructure using modern cloud technologies.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to implement state-of-the-art algorithms and improve model performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Optimize data pipelines and model inference for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective engineering solutions.
