Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced deep learning models, specifically focusing on Transformer architectures and Reinforcement Learning for the 2026 computing horizon.
- Lead the design of scalable data pipelines capable of processing petabytes of unstructured data for training next-gen AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-time consumer and enterprise applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and energy consumption.
- Ensure system reliability and security in high-stakes environments through rigorous testing and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of CUDA and GPU optimization.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Multimodal Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical roadmaps and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
