Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project timeline on track.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible).
