Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems for next-generation applications.
- Lead the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, integrating emerging AI and ML technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and cloud-native solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems at scale.
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
