Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can handle high-volume data and complex user interactions.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Next-Gen Cloud) to integrate into our ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security protocols across the organization.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Implement comprehensive strategies for system resilience and data protection.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated interest and experience in emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape, such as Generative AI integration or Edge Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
