Responsibilities
- Core Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architecture for the 2026 ecosystem, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical training sessions to maintain high code quality standards.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and performance metrics to optimize database queries, caching strategies, and resource allocation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices, including zero-trust architecture and data encryption standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment and management of infrastructure on AWS/Azure, utilizing containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust. Experience with the 2026 framework (or equivalent high-performance systems) is highly preferred.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Database Skills: Expert knowledge of distributed databases (e.g., Cassandra, DynamoDB, or CockroachDB) and SQL optimization.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
