Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models capable of processing next-generation data streams.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Autonomous Decision Systems.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to translate long-term strategic vision into executable technical milestones.
- Mentor Top Talent: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and leading technical workshops.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Oversee the transition to edge-computing architectures and ensure data privacy and security compliance.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of shipping innovative products and patents in the AI space.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
