Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical vision and architectural roadmap for Project 2026.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable neural network architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI models, ensuring ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI systems from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle, MLOps, and model deployment strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
