Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement high-level system architectures for next-generation AI models, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing concepts into classical AI workflows to enhance processing capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model compression, quantization, and edge deployment strategies to ensure efficiency in real-world environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the AI division.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company business goals.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the research team to translate theoretical advancements into production-ready systems.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one major ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing distributed systems on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Quantum Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and quantum algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
