Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Strategy: Spearhead research initiatives focused on AGI readiness and quantum computing integration by 2026.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure security and performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps for executive stakeholders.
- Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and efficiency in real-time environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Familiarity with quantum algorithms is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps for large-scale projects.
