In this role, you will define the long-term roadmap for our AI initiatives, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation. You will work closely with C-suite executives and engineering teams to translate complex technical capabilities into market-leading products.
Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Roadmaps: Create and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with company goals and anticipates industry shifts for the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to drive AI integration across all product lines.
- Market Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in Machine Learning and Generative AI to identify new opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Product Vision: Translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical strategies and product features.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in AI strategy, Product Management, or Technical Consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and current AI infrastructure.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to launch.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation.
