- Establish frameworks for ethical AI implementation and governance to ensure responsible development.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Identify and acquire key strategic partnerships to enhance our AI ecosystem.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning within the strategy department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and machine learning architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation for strategic projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
