Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends in 2026 and beyond to keep Nexus Horizon at the forefront of innovation.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and compliance standards to ensure responsible AI deployment and mitigate bias.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align AI initiatives with broader corporate objectives and revenue goals.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the architecture of complex AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Innovation Incubation: Spearhead pilot programs and R&D projects that explore next-generation technologies like generative models and autonomous agents.
- Team Orchestration: Mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technological excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML leadership, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technological shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and large language model (LLM) architectures.
