Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Strategy, aligning technical roadmap with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale Machine Learning and Generative AI systems.
- Identify emerging AI trends and opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
- Oversee the pilot program for 2026 predictive analytics tools and drive adoption.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering complex technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the enterprise software or fintech sector is preferred.
