Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling multi-modal data streams (text, voice, image).
- Lead the transition from Large Language Models (LLMs) to Autonomous Agent workflows by 2026.
- Define and implement ethical AI governance, safety protocols, and bias mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate predictive analytics and generative capabilities into core platforms.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor a team of brilliant AI engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a specialization in AI/ML.
