Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- R&D Strategy: Evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning) and integrate them into our existing stack.
- System Design: Lead the design of complex machine learning pipelines and data processing workflows that handle millions of data points daily.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
