Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and machine learning roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into core business platforms.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable AI systems, ensuring high performance, security, and ethical standards.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis and feasibility studies for complex AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
