Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI adoption, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Quantum Computing.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI architectures that support enterprise growth and data security.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and legal teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with ethical AI standards.
- R&D Leadership: Prototype next-generation algorithms and evaluate emerging technologies to keep Nexus Future Labs ahead of the competition.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in for major technology initiatives.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI architecture, data science, or software engineering leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences.
