Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Leadership: Strong track record of managing diverse engineering teams and delivering high-stakes projects on time and within budget.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
