Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Machine Learning and Generative AI systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify emerging AI trends and technologies.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and model deployment.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and long-term technology roadmapping.
- Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), NLP, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
