Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers in designing scalable machine learning architectures.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging AI trends to identify competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for AI deployment.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
