Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring the organization is fully prepared for the technological shifts of 2026.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging AI startups and technologies to secure a competitive advantage in the 2026 market.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems, focusing on ethical AI and long-term sustainability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors with clarity and vision.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal incubation projects focused on futuristic technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Advanced NLP).
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with LLMs is required.
- Future-Proof Thinking: A proven track record of analyzing market trends and anticipating the needs of the year 2026.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership.
