Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 AI Product Roadmap, identifying key trends in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
- Design scalable machine learning pipelines and oversee their secure deployment in production environments.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis on emerging technologies to determine their feasibility for our product suite.
- Manage the technical budget and resources for AI initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model explainability across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Product Management with a specific focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of delivering successful AI products or features in a fast-paced startup or enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
