Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Oversee the research and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to integrate AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or strategic architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
