Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable machine learning models specifically for spatial computing and immersive environments.
- Lead Technical Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategic direction for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize Neural Architectures: Improve model efficiency, latency, and accuracy for real-time rendering and AI processing.
- Mentorship & Culture: Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate complex concepts into robust engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and experience with WebGL or WebXR frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to launch.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including spatial computing, generative AI, and edge computing.
