Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI architectures.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of foundational models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
