Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for large-scale data processing and inference.
- Conduct advanced research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to advance the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate novel AI models into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for machine learning engineering and ethics.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, ensuring our technology remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in LLMs, transformers, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of publishing research or delivering high-performance ML models.
