Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and training of proprietary deep learning models for Project 2026.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical research into practical, user-centric solutions.
- Optimize neural networks for high-performance inference on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI landscape and integrate new methodologies into our stack.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, MLOps pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or equivalent experience.
