Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Lead the design and implementation of next-generation generative AI models, focusing on multimodal learning and advanced NLP capabilities.
- Strategic Architecture: Define the technical roadmap for AI systems that align with our 2026 vision, ensuring scalability and ethical AI practices.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large-scale model inference for edge devices and cloud environments to ensure low-latency, high-availability user experiences.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of scientific curiosity and technical excellence within the AI division.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to integrate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-facing applications.
- Publication: Publish high-impact research findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) to establish Nexus Future Labs as a thought leader in the field.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in research, development, or applied AI, preferably within a top-tier tech company or research institution.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, Diffusion Models).
- Research: A proven track record of publishing research papers and contributing to open-source AI projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-complexity problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
