Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, multimodal learning, and autonomous systems
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for 2026-era applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at major AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and internal symposiums
- Secure external funding through government grants and industry partnerships
- Ethically evaluate AI systems for bias, safety, and societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML frameworks
- Strong background in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or computer vision
- Experience with large-scale experimentation on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
