Responsibilities
- Lead Model Architecture: Architect and lead the development of proprietary large-scale AI models specifically designed for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define technical milestones and research priorities to ensure our products are market-ready by the end of 2026.
- Paper Publication: Author and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) to establish our thought leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-grade software.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speed and accuracy to meet enterprise-grade performance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in research and development within the machine learning or artificial intelligence sector.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Specialization: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning with a specific interest in long-term forecasting models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, open-ended research problems with novel solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
