Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Design and optimize deep neural network architectures to achieve state-of-the-art performance in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex research findings into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Experiment with novel training methodologies, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and self-supervised learning.
- Conduct rigorous benchmarking and model evaluation to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research or applied machine learning roles, with a strong portfolio of publications or deployed models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, or Deep Learning optimization techniques.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
